Winter chills

Quick winter tip!

Just because you have to wear coats to stay warm in the winter doesn’t mean that you need to sacrifice your fashion sense!
It's cold & you can't help but keep your pjs under your actual clothes but add a touch of colour or a center piece that will take attention off your pj pants sticking out at the bottom of your jeans, this will help you stay stylish, with no effort at all.
Add accessories (hats, gloves, scarves) to match your coat & your good to go.

Body types...

Wanna find out you're body type so we can get you dressed on point???

Let's start with pear shaped..
(a pear shaped body tends to have a slim size of waist and breast and have fuller hips and legs. She often has a heavy bum and legs & and a flatter rear end on the upper area)
Don't believe those old lies that you can't find nice clothes for your body shape. Follow these tips and you may even surprise yourself!

Do's

  • Say yes to padded shoulders or A-symmetrical shoulder cut dresses, this will help balance out the width of your hips.
  • Call attention to your upper body by adding beautiful scarves to your outfits, wearing V-necks and eye-catching prints. Beautiful statement necklaces and earrings will look beautiful on you.
  • Dark pants or skirts are your best friends:)
  • Wear tops/blouses/shirts with cap sleeves or any type of detailed prints and patterns. These also help balance out your body beautifully.
  • Halter necks are a yesss!
  • A-lince skirts and dresses with waist belts will show off your waist
  • Shoes: pointed toe shoes will make your legs look long & slim ;)

Don't

  • Printed pants are a no go. They draw too much attention to your bottom half of your body.
  • Plain pants/skirts/dresses. Keep them as plain as possible. No pleats, side pockets or fancy additions that add bulk to your hips
  • Oversized dresses are a nooooo
  • No to capris pants. They will make your legs look heavier & shorter.

Garage saleeeee

Out with the old and in with the new...

So, we are already approaching the middle of the year! How time flies! It's not that long ago we were all saying 'Happy New Year'. I do hope this year is filled with only good things – one of which, being this blog, where I'll be helping out with fashion tips of all sorts, and will help you to understand the real meaning of being a woman of value through what we wear, as well as working out who we're actually trying to please.

Sooo, out with the old..taking me back to my garage sale and realizing how important it needs to be for every girl to get rid of old things, in order to bring in something new and of course better. I recommend we do a real clean up session to get rid of tight clothes, anything that will bring any sort of discomfort; while working/walking/gyming/going to school/going to church/and going to work of course..I will give examples of all these aspects throughout the year, just to help those in need of some kind of direction. Also, if you have a problem with finding the right clothes for your body type ;) then I'll be on it..

I have a lot planned, but first we need to get rid of what has been making us look inappropriate and indiscreet, so lets throw out everything from the past and make room for what I have planned for the rest of this year:)))))
