Day 20

This shoot was a bit more serious than all the other shoots, so had to dress the part.
Will have 4 more posts proceeding this one, as it was the same shoot, just different pieces that will be shown, so the dress and scenery will be today's focus, so that I can explain and give tips, because the next posts will be more about the items that I will be revealing :), so no tips in the next 4 posts coming after this one.

The dress wasn't overpowering as I had to dim the lights on me so that the focus will be on the items I will be showing you.

Quick tip

This dress is suitable for an hourglass and inverted-triangle figure. All slender figured ladies will be able to wear a dress like this. It's pretty fitted, so all imperfections will be spotted immediately, therefore I would not recommend this outfit to any other figure. 

My experience

The view was amazing. I was a bit nervous because I was standing on a rocky area and the edge was pretty steep, so had to focus on the right poses :) steady movements, but wouldn't have found this location if I didn't hunt for some secret tracks. It's beautiful and there are soo many open spaces, it's crazy..let's give Namibia a few more years ;)

Black works for everyone.

It is a classic color for clothes, possibly because it makes you appear thinner and more sophisticated. It is the most flattering of colors and very chic. 

You can never go wrong with black.

Simplicity is elegant ;)

This applies to ALL body types...Although black can bring out dark circles under your eyes and lines or make you look older than you really are, so when close to face, add some color to neutralize it, that's if you don't have a warm skin tone ;)

Day 3

I'm still in Etosha Safari Lodge, had to overnight to get some pictures before sunset, so the dress I am wearing here is made from fabric that was sponsored by Penduka. The hand-embroidered detail, made the dress very unique and found it fitting to use it here, to add to the beautiful scenery, if that's even possible :)

I decided to use it at this venue because it was soo green, had to break it somehow :D

Quick tip

This dress is perfect on an hourglass, inverted-triangle and pear-shaped figure. The ultimate way to cover big hips is by wearing something like this, whether it's a skirt, this is the perfect way hips wont be seen. There's a lot of detail in the top, so attention won't even stray anywhere else.

My experience

I loved this shoot, because the weather was perfect. The surroundings beautiful and I didn't want to get out of the dress :D 

The surreal surroundings made the shoot amazing.

Went to take some pictures at Etosha Safari Camp as well, different environment- amazing experience :)
