Day 29

It was a really humid day and was drizzling the whole day, so I had to wait for the right time to take some pictures..

To me, this was a dreamy shoot, I think I was a bit sleepy before I took these pictures, but nonetheless I'm still in Bali and it's so green, so just had a laid-back shoot, no hassles ;)

Quick tip

This look will fit an hourglass, inverted-triangle, rectangle and pear-shaped figure. An apple figure should place the waistband of the skirt above the waist area, taking attention off the waist.

But to me, this outfit will suit all body types, it's very classy and sophisticated.

My experience

This was truly a relaxed shoot, not heavy makeup was done or hair was stressed upon, it was just something you'd put on when you're having a relaxed day, in town. Had no hassle putting this outfit together.

It was chilled and that's why I liked it so much

Day 26

This is my last shoot in Windhoek, before I head out :)

Sooo, had to take some pictures in the main road. I was walking in Independence Avenue and this made me happy because I knew I had to end here. 

I complete the shoots in Windhoek, until I get back again :)

The outfit I chose for this location was very casual, so I really didn't want to be trapped inside, wearing heels and a bootleg/hipster jeans...I just couldn't, so here it is.

I felt like someone from the 70's :D , was actually a really fun shoot.

This outfit can be worn by all body types, because the hips, waist, shoulder and all imperfections are hidden. Any type of throw over, cloak, blazer, coat or cloak thrown over and is long enough to cover the hips will hide everything that you need to hide.

My experience

To be honest, I haven't been to the parliament and/or parliament gardens in such a long time, so this was really nice and my own little reconnection to Windhoek. 

Was a really chilled time in town. I managed to take pictures in the street without problems, so this was enjoyable and as I'm closing Windhoek's chapter for the time being..I had to end it on a good note (somewhere recognized by all inhabitants of Windhoek)

Day 25

I realized that I don't have a young, youthful type of look, so I made this dress :)

The location to be honest is beautiful, was trying to find the right location and then I remembered this place ;) It's amazing how an outfit can change the mood of a person because, I really felt youthful in this outfit :)

Quick tip

This shirt dress can be worn by all figures. If you want to break it with a belt or not, it will work either way, although once a belt it applied and placed on the smallest part of the torso, it will sit perfectly, not showing any imperfections. 

My experience

This was a fun shoot, think the outfit was to blame. Once clothes hug your body too much, it just starts getting uncomfortable, so this was just a perfect shoot for a chilled afternoon. 

I love this place, the Namibian inspired decor makes this venue truly Namibian, soo I had no choice but to take pictures here for a taste of Namibia.

Day 17

Today was just a day out in town at the touristic areas, sooo spotted the Christuskirche, which to be very honest is the major tourist attraction in Windhoek, so I had to take my next picture there.. When you google "Windhoek"- you're bound to see the church, so I included it.

Outfit is more a street style type of wear, not too over the top or too casual. I also decided to add some african print to make it stand out a bit more, just for flavour :)

Quick tip

This outfit will suit an hourglass perfectly. This outfit cannot really be worn by other body types as it won't suit those who have either bigger hips/bust/waist as much attention will be drawn to those areas, so it's best to avoid longer pencil skirts or fitted tops. If the top is loose, then an apple- shaped figure will be able to pull this outfit off. We can make the skirt a bit flared for a pear-shaped figure. Will send pictures of that outfit soon.

My experience

Walking around my country, taking pictures as if I'm a tourist, called attention alright :D but it was nice just showing some appreciation to a landmark known by tourist who come to see our country. 

Had to bring some fashion into that too :) just to add to the amazing things found in our country :)
